Happy Birthday Cody!

Dear Cody,

You are now officially in the double digits! 10 months have seemingly gone by in a flash...you are now almost 1 year old. Where did our little baby go? The one who seemed content just to lay in our arms and snuggle? He is now zipping around the house in his jeans and his big boy sneakers - giggling and laughing and playing. Soon you will be walking, and talking, and running. Then we have to try and keep up with you!!

We love you little boy... happy 10 month birthday.

Doctor Appt Updates!

Cody had his nine month appointment today with his new doctor (she is nice). He is doing really well! He is 21lbs, 14 oz and 30 inches.

Length = in percentile 90%
Weight = between percentile 50 and 75%
Head Circumference = between percentile 90 and 95%

He had a great time playing with all the doctor's tools - I am not sure they appreciated it. We go back for shots in a couple of weeks.

I also had an appointment for the little jellybean. He/She is 16weeks, heartbeat is 160, and is doing well. We have passed all tests with flying colors (including the advanced maternal age = old) ones! Up next is the Big Ultrasound when we find out if it is a boy or girl! That is on April 14th. In the meantime, please cast a vote in our baby pool!!!

Swinging in the park

It is a nice day today (about 60 degrees!) so Cody and I went for a walk to the park. He had a great time - but was really tired by the end of it. Here are a couple of pictures. Everytime he smiled or laughed - I missed it!

Merry Go Round

We had a playdate at the mall today with my friend, Jamie, and her two kids Sawyer (5) and Bella (6 mos). There was a merry go round in the mall and Cody took a ride! He didn't know what to make of it at first, but then he found he loved it.

Ever since...

Ever since Cody has learned to pull himself up and stand we have had to deal with trouble! He tries to stand on his changing table, in the bathtub, on your leg, on the cats, and on and against anything he can get a hold of. He will definitely walk soon!
